Weldon set up the company in 2004, in response to a demand for expertise in hotels, restaurants and tourism businesses. Initially we project managed new hotel and tourism businesses however more recently we are working on behalf of banks, receivers, examiners and liquidators. We have two company directors and we can call on many different industry associates depending on your specific needs.
Working closely with you, the operator or owner, we can identify areas of a business that require specific expertise. The starting point is to work out your breakeven point and we go from there, as too many businesses are run on "gut" feeling instead of hard financial facts.

 Weldon Mather (MSc & BA Hotel & Tourism Management) is an experienced hotel operator with over 20 years experience in Hotel and Catering Management. Weldon started his career in the family hotel businesses and has worked in all areas of hotels and restaurants. Having studied at Shannon College of Hotel Management, GMIT and Dublin Institute of Technology, he also worked in Switzerland (Radisson Hotels), UK (Forte Hotels), USA & Australia and for several leading hotels in Dublin as a General Manager.
